Description
Ancient house allocated in a small mediaeval village called “Collemuccioli”, dominated by a beautiful romanic tower. The village is crossed by the “ Francigena” road used by pilgrims who went to holy place and cites like Rome and Jerusalem. The house was built in the XIV century and has the typical rustic charme of the tuscan country.
It’s situated in a quite and silence position where is possible to make walks and mountainbike routes. Near there is an archeological site of etruscan tombs (800 m) and lovely romanic church (300 m).
Reserved garden completely railed and equipped, double toilettes, kitchen, rustical interior.
Distances: San Gimignano 4 km, Certaldo 13 km, Volterra 25 km, Siena 44 km, Firenze 60 km.
The price includes: toilette and bed laundry, final cleanings and consumptions excepted gas heater ( 5 €/m3).
Weekly prices: March-April-May-October 419 €, June-September 468 €, July 564 €, August 585 €.
Weekends and winter months: to be accord with the owners.
Payment conditions: 30% at the booking, closeout at the arrive, 100€ of deposit money.
