Agri-tourism Il Cherubino is a typical Tuscany farmhouse in stone of 1800 that rises, isolated, on a green hill from which it is possible to admire the beautiful country that encircles San Gimignano. The rural complex made part of the fifteen holdings that constituted the agricultural small farm of property of Conti Guicciardini. From 1965, as a result of the purchase from our family, the country house has been slowly transformed in farm holiday company in the full respect of its architecture. Agri-tourism Il Cherubino is situated in the heart of the Chianti, famous wine earth, art and culture, to only 1.8 km from the center of San Gimignano, small town famous all over the world for its towers, the medieval village and its artistic masterpieces, and close to important cities of art like Siena km 35, Florence km 50, Volterra km 40, Pisa km 60. In our country house, encircled from hills of vineyards and olive groves, you will be able to relax immersed in the beauty of the Tuscany landscape, enjoying the hospitality of our family. We have 5 apartments of different size and therefore capable to satisfy all the needs of our guests. All the housing-units are equipped of independent income and private garden that encircles the entire farm-complex. The apartments are furnished with functionalities, in order to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay and are equipped with: Air-Conditioned, Independent Central Heating, Tv-Color-Sat, Video-Tape, Telephone, Radio-Cassette-Stereo, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Fridge and Deepfreeze, Grill-Oven and Microwave-Oven. It is to our guests disposal a delightful swimming pool (7 x 14 m) situated on a terrace that offers a lovely view on surrounding hills. The external space that encircles our farm holidays offers a private parking and a wide garden with barbecue to exclusive use of our guests and toys-area for the children. The dogs are welcome.

The Farm - Tourism "Il Cherubino" is composed at five elegant,fully equipped apartments,ample and they have been furnished with taste and functionalities,in Tuscan Style.
After a long and thorough restauration,is today a unique place thanks to its antique handmade tiles floors and ceilings,beams in chestnut, its romantic fireplaces and its “roman”arch,offering to its guests a warm atmosphere for a pleasant holiday.All the apartments offers a panoramic view of the romantic Tuscan countryside.
All the housing-units are equipped of independent income and a big garden that encircles the entire farm-complex. Two apartments have an enclosed private garden, suitable for all dogs.
We have 5 apartments of different size and therefore capable to satisfy all the needs of our guests.

Wide 1st floor apartment of 95m² with 3 rooms,own entrance and inner stairs leading to the apartment. It is composed of a living dining-room with a big fireplace,a kitchen area,two large double bedrooms (one has an additional bed),one bathroom with bathtub and shower,another bathroom with shower.It has a wide front garden.

The Arches 5 people
Apartment of 80m² on two floors,with 3 rooms.The ground floor is composed of a living dining room,a kitchen area,one large double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. A winding staircase gives access to the second triple bedroom and the second bathroom with shower,situated on the first floor. The apartment has three doors bringing directly onto the wide garden.

The Angel 3+2 people
Apartment of 50m²on two floors with two rooms.The ground floor is composed of a living dining room with kitchen area.A graceful inner staircase gives access to the triple bedroom and to the bathroom with shower.The apartment has one door bringing directly onto the wide garden.This apartment has an enclosed private garden,suitable for all dogs.

The Small Stair 2+1 people
Apartment of 45m²with two rooms,composed of a living dining room with kitchen area,a double bedroom,a bathroom with shower.It includes a terrace of 3m².The entrance is made through an independent external staircase.It benefits of a furnished area situated in the common garden.This apartment has an external enclosed private area.

The Coccinella 2+1 people 1 little boy
Apartment of 42m²with two rooms,composed of a living dining room with kitchen area,a wide fireplace,a bedroom with twin beds and one baby cot,a bathroom with small bathtub.This apartment has an enclosed private garden,suitable for all dogs.
