Description

The Fattoria di Stibbio dates back in the Renaissance and belonged to the Medici's family. It has recently been completely renovated taking care of each detail, restoring the ancient precious furniture but with a modern sofisticated touch. At the ground floor there is a wonderful hall, where guests can relax and have thier dinners. In case of small event like a wedding or a anniversary, you could arrange a dinner for up to 40 people seated but, if you prefer a standing cocktail you could open also the other nice living rooms and welcome up to 80 people.

There is also a very beautiful kitchen, which has been thought also for cooking lessons or wine and oil tasting lessons, which are held from the staff of our restaurant and catering Pepenero www.pepenerocucina.it , which is at disposal also to serve breakfast, lunches or dinners during the stay of the guests according to their exigences.

At the first floor there is an other big hall with HI-FI, television and a library and then 5 wonderful rooms, each one with private bathroom, that can accommodate up to 16 people.

In front of the villa there is a nice small garden which is the starting point of an amazing path leading, through the wood, to the swimming pool. Next to the villa there is also a dependance with further 3 rooms to accommodate up to 6 people.

The guests of the Fattoria will have use of the wonderful park and swimming pool, situated about 500 meters from the house itself.

You will walk down the hill untill the swimming pool for about 600 meters. An other possibility is to drive for about 2 minutes or to hire a golf car or a quad.
