Olmo Resort is situated in the historical heart of Tuscany and Chianti, halfway between Siena and Firenze, two places that are very rich in history and art, on a hill overlooking a green and striking valley.

Olmo Resort is situated in a picturesque village called “Borgo di Campomaggio”, which dates back to 1700. After careful restoring works, that kept unaltered the original features of the place, the village has been brought back to its ancient magnificence: characteristic rural buildings, the elegant country house, the small consecrated church,the park, and finally the flats of Resort Olmo.
The prevailing position of Resort Olmo offers you a privileged view over the surrounding landscape, which consists in smooth hills decorated by endless vineyards and woods, in Chianti, the well known heart of Tuscany. You will have the chance to spend moments of true peace and relax, choosing between a dive in our swimming pool, a horse or mountain bike ride, or more simply getting spoiled in our wellness centre. No other place offers such a natural environment, that is at the same time merged into green, history and culture.
THE FLATS
Flats in Resort Olmo have been restored preserving the typical features of country houses, with external stone walls, terracotta floors, ceilings with wooden beams or brick vaults. Nevertheless they are equipped with every kind of comfort.

Every flat differs from the others, but everyone is equipped with independent entrance and is composed as follows: living room with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave oven, satellite plasma TV set, two bathrooms (both with shower and some of them also with Jacuzzi), two bedrooms. Some flats are arranged with a mansard. There is no air-conditioning system in our flats, but the natural air-conditioning of the spot, always ventilated, and the care in restoring,+ give the flats a pleasant temperature, even during the hottest summer months; as far as the winter period is concerned, every flat is equipped with its own heating system with independent temperature control.
