"Il Borgo di Alfeo" consist in a house: La casa di Martina e Stefano and three apartaments: "Da Simona", "Da Alfeo" and "La mansarda di Alberta". that together can comfortably accommodate 15-20 guests.
A perfect place for a wedding or an family sojourn.
The new swimming pool 6 x 12 meters gives on to a splendid panorama of the Tuscan hills.
Furnished with umbrellas, tables, chairs, lounge chairs and an outdoor shower, it is open from May to September.
The area is covered with ADSL, WI-FI free of charge.
Outside area use of woodborning oven barbeque and a table of ping pong.
Laundry room and washing machine in common with the other guests.
“Casa di Martina e Stefano” 4/5 bed places is an independent house with large garden completely restructured on two floors . From the parking area by a small outside spets you can find “Da Alfeo”, 6 bed places, kitchen/dinner with fireplace, oven dishwasher, a couch-bed, a TV, two bedrooms with double beds, a toilette with WC, bidet, a shower and hairdryer.
“La mansarda di Alberta” 6 bed places, attic on second floor, apartment with wonderful views; kitchen/dinner with oven, TV, a bedroom with double bed + a single bed with view of swimming pool and a bedroom with double bed + a bed with a view on the village; toilette with WC, bidet, shower, hairdryer.
