In the heart of Garfagnana, in the province of Lucca, stands the La Pozza estate, a holiday home consisting of a main house with annex and a 6x16 m swimming pool with panoramic views.
This facility offers guests the occasion to spend a completely relaxing holiday, well away from the frenetic pace and noise of daily life, in green surroundings with stupendous woods, just a few metres away from the lovely village of Brucciano and a few kilometres from the larger towns ( Castelnuovo, Barga, Gallicano).
You will be enchanted by the peaceful surroundings and charming views, which offer visitors a glimpse of the typical landscapes of Garfagnana.
The facility is comprised of:
The main building, with 3 apartments, "Il Gelsomino" "Il Limone" e "Il Rosmarino", each independent and with own entrance. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, each for two people (with the possibility to add one more bed), kitchen, large lounge with open fire, bathroom with tub/shower.
The annex "Al Metato", on two floors: the top floor has two double rooms and a bathroom with shower, as well as featuring a steep ceiling and porthole-shaped windows that help to create a romantic atmosphere; the bottom floor has a small bathroom, lounge with kitchenette and fireplace and access onto a small, well-equipped garden.

Large outdoor areas and the possibility to eat outside using the barbecue and wood-burning oven, while you enjoy the magnificent panoramic views.
Sunbathing area around the large pool, with loungers and umbrellas.
