Podere Montese is a typical Tuscan stone house converted into a lovely, family-run B&B where guests feel at home. At the Podere, the day starts with a rich breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the valley opposite San Gimignano, situated only 2 km away. Do not miss the cappucino prepared by Davide: many of our guests consider it a real legend! The place is run personally by the owners, Davide and Annalisa; on request, they will provide you with the products of the farming estate. If what you are looking for a wonderfully relaxing holiday immersed in nature, we will be waiting for you!

The comfortable rooms in the main structure, with Tuscan style furniture, all have en-suite bathroom with shower and share the internal halls with fireplace and TV room. Podere Montese is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the swimming pool, which affords a view over the medieval towers of San Gimignano and the surrounding hills, planted with vines and olive trees. In the colder season, evenings are spent in front of the fireplace, enjoying tasty Tuscan specialties.

The Nerone apartment can accommodate up to 3 people (2 people plus an extra bed) and has a private outdoor area with table, chairs and sun umbrella to eat outdoors. The living area is on the ground floor, where there is a living room with fireplace and access onto the garden, and a kitchen (with oven, fridge and freezer) with dining area. Four steps lead to the night area, with 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Nerone and the 6 bedrooms do not have air conditioning: the thick walls that characterise the structure of old farmhouses ensure an ideal temperature both in the summer heat and in the cold of winter.
