La Residenza San Giovanni is located in the center of San Giovanni Valdarno, a stone's throw from the railway station. This easily connects the town with the station Santa Maria Novella in Florence and Arezzo station in just thirty minutes.

The residence is located at the main street of the city center (Corso Italia) and this is easily reached on foot provided a supermarket.
Not far from the residence is open throughout the summer season the pool "Las Vegas" of San Giovanni Valdarno, with slides, trampolines, platforms and wall climbing, as well as a large inner garden.
Behind the structure, is a field not far Mini and you can play sports such as tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and archery.
Every Saturday morning along the main streets of the town of San Giovanni Valdarno, does the typical market, where you can buy typical products of the place.

The residence is equipped with studios and apartments equipped with every comfort, ample parking and private elevator.

We have three types pf apartment:
-apartment with one room for 2 people
-apartment with one room with garret for 3 or 4 people (expecially for the families: children will love it!)
-apartment with two rooms for 4 people

Each apartment has kitchenette with kitchenware, tv color, private bathroom with shower and heating.
Apartments with garret have also air conditioning.

The Residenza organises wine and oil tastings, dressed with every type of typical tuscan product, as ham or cheese, in the cellar of the Farm Guerrini, a few kilometers far from the structure.
