"Il Poggetto" is a house set on a hill, surronded by a unique landscape.
It is sited between Florence and Siena, only three km far from Firenze-Siena expressway (Tavarnelle entrance). The house is enclosed by three hectares of farmed land, partly cultivated with olives and partly used for horse breeding.
From the terraces you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills.
On the valley at the edges of the property runs the stream Virginio, which meets river Pesa a bit further on.
Quiet and privacy are assured.
The pull is set on a natural terrace of the ground.
