La Fornace di Montaione, an old farmhouse built in 1891, is situated in the marvellous background of Chianti's hills, between Florence, Siena and Pisa (on the road to Sughera and Tonda, places of international renown in the tourist context). The farm, under domestic tenancy, has its name because of an old brick-kiln, that represents the last example in the neighbourhood of how bricks, employed in the buildings of typical 19th Florentine cottages, were produced.
The farmhouse, lovingly restored to its original splendour, it's the right choice for people who wish to spend a romantic and relaxing holiday, in a quite atmosphere surrounded by all the comforts and pleasures.
