In the 1999 the Berti family renovated a medieval tower and two apartments in an adjacent building, both overlooking the Elsa Valley and San Gimignano. Situated only 20 minutes by car from Florence and Siena, it is possible to enjoy one of the most beautiful views in Tuscany in an especially favourable climatic zone at 400 metres showe sea level. The four apartments available for rent are sorrounded by a garden shaded by many tall trees and there is a panoramic swimming pool framed by flowers and plants as well as quiet and secluded corners. Being so close to Tavarnelle - 500 metres away - a friendly town in the province of Florence, means itis only a 10 minute walk to shops, banks, restaurants and bus-stops for the buses which arrive in the more important cities in a short time. The area is very paceful but one can also take part in the fairs and events organized in the nearby, historical villages almost all year round, as well as being able to choose his or her preferred holiday: relaxed or busy, cultural or amusing. Each apartment has its own independent entrance, haeting and private corner of the garden which is fully illuminated at night. BREAKFAST ON DEMAND AND TYPICAL DINNER IN MEDIOEVAL TOWER.
VISCONTI This apartments has a large sitting room with a cooking corner, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom in the gallery, a double bedroom and a single sofa bed in the sitting room. It has an independent entrance and a private area outside. It is finished in wood with typical Tuscan floors period furniture and a fireplace as well as offering a beautiful panorama. Ideal for 4/5 persons. BELVEDERE This apartment has one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a single sofa bed in the sitting room. There is a cooking corner in the living room and also a bathroom with a shower. It has a private panoramic terrace, independent entrance, wooden finishings, typical Tuscan floors, period furniture and an exceptional view. Idel for 3 or 4 persons. SOLATIO This apartments is on the ground floor of the medieval garden. It has a living room with cooking corner, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a single sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom wit a bath. There are wooden typical Tuscan floors, ceilings with open beams and rafters, period furniture and it has an independent entrance and also a private area in the garden. Ideal for 4/5 persons. TORRE The Tower Appartment is situated on the ground floor of the Medieval tower. In the garden outside there is a private corner and a panoramic terrace which has a view of San Gimignano. The appartment has a large living room with an area for dining and another for converation and relaxing - in this area there is a sofa-bed for one person; a large bedroom where an extra bed (adult-size) can be added, and a large bathroom with a bath. It is furnished with typical Tuscan, period-style furniture. Ideal for 2/3 persons.
