(AUGUST NOT AVAILABLE) 100 METERS FAR FROM THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH IN FOLLONICA: all apartments are part of the same block and share a vast garden with a wooden gazebo, barbecue and a shower with hot and cold water, as well as a spectacular view of the sea.
Each apartment hosts a built-in kitchen, provided with an oven and a cooker-hood. A large refrigerator, freezer and television.
Outside the apartments you can find large terraces with frontal and lateral sunshades to guarantee your privacy, a table, chairs, and a light that will allow you to dine outside during the day and in the evenings.
The parking space is included in the price and our clients may use it as they please; you will be able to leave your car just a few metres away from you accommodation inside a safe private area.
The apartments are situated in an enviable position: though they are close to the sea-side, they are in a very quiet area, free from traffic and unwanted disruptions. Last but not least, the two apartments on the ground floor have a private fenced garden.
Our complex consists of six comfortable apartments with either one or two bedrooms, which are perfect for families and couples who want to spend their holidays by the sea, without having to give up the comfort of a practical, well-furnished and cool house, which is also surrounded by a well-equipped garden, where you can have a barbecue or relax by reading a book.
