The calm of the countryside, breathing an historic atmosphere, Art… are real features of a holiday tourists can spend in Erboli Residence, a Tuscan villa with holidays apartments for rent and a pool. The villa is placed into the Chianti area, near Arezzo. It is made up of an old restored tuscan villa (XVIIIth century) which has been turned into nine beautiful apartments for rent (self catering) and a big pool (260 cubic metres) surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and a wide garden.

Erboli Residence is a holiday house in Tuscany with rental apartments and a pool. Apartments have been furnished smartly using wrought iron and terracotta. They all have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and some of them has a balcony. Most of apartments have air conditioning. Bathrooms have been tiled with travertine, a very known building material since ancient times in central Italy. The villa has been built with sandstones and has got a wide front yard with a central barbecue area surrounded by cypresses. Erboli Residence, a Tuscan villa with rental holiday apartments, has got two car parks inside.

The apartment is in the villa. It has got a private entrance and there is also a beautiful balcony overlooking the countryside with a table and some chairs. See the bedrooms with pieces of wood and wrought iron furniture. Joists are still in their original position. Travertine tiles have been used in the bathroom.
Services: Three rooms (4 pax). 1 double room, 1 twin room. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge/freezer, satellite Tv, tea-and-coffee making facilities, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pot and pans, frying pans, espresso coffee macine. Air conditioning in all rooms.

The apartment is in the villa and has got three rooms, a private entrance with a small front yard, table and chairs. The kitchen is downstairs, the two bedrooms and the bathroom with a shower are upstairs. Some of the original sandstones, which were used to build the villa, are visible on the walls. Original joists are in their position.
Services: Three roomss (4 pax). 1 double room. 1 twin room. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, freezer, satellite Tv, tea-and-coffee making facilities, a toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pot and pans, frying pans, espresso coffee machine. Bathroom with a shower. No air drier. No air conditioning. Table and chairs outside.

The apartment is downstairs in the villa. It has got a private entrance with a front small yard and a table with chairs. Notice the typical fireplace in the kitchen and the restored bathroom with a shower which still preserves its original position.
